Design & Build
In our Design & Build Package, TACMAN design wing will work with you (client) at initial stage of the project from Inception to Feasibility and then obtaining a Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval. Based on initial Planning drawings and specification build cost of the project is finalised with client to mobilise on site.
Our 3D designers and Creative interior designers will work with client to choose perfect house interiors that will reflect your style and personality. In D & B we work with you every step of the way to ensure your new house is designed and built to high specification detail.
Build Only
In some cases clients appoint architects from different practices and once the design is completed and planning approval and obtained they approach us to carry out the construction work. If you take this approach we can provide our services to you to construct your house to highest standards by following their specifications and plans. We have a high skilled team of Brick Layers, Carpenters, Plumbers and Electricians to turn your house into perfect home.
We have all the tools, equipment and experience, to execute the designs of your project. Upon completion of the Work, we will hand over all the paperwork which includes building completion certificates and a Ten-year structural warranty.
The certification will guarantee that your new builds are compliant with the local laws and regulations. And that your project has been executed according to your specifications.
